Cat Interaction Rules

  • Please do not carry us
  • Please do not feed us anything that is not from our space.
  • Please do not force us to stay, we sometimes need a break too!
  • Please do not disturb us while we are sleeping, pets are welcomed but please don‘t wake us up forcefully!
  • Some of us probably experienced some trauma/ bad memories before we came here so please forgive us if we are a little shy and hissy. Take it slow and we will be the sweetest angels you will ever meet.
  • Please do not force us and be gentle with us for pets, take it slow with us as we do need some time to warm up!
  • Children under 10 years old are not allowed for safety reasons.

Space Rules

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests, please take note of the following terms when booking and using our space:


1. General Rules

  • Private Rooms are available for booking by the hour (minimum 1 hour).
  • Extension of time is subject to availability and must be arranged at the reception.
  • Food is not provided but you may choose to purchase snacks at our retail area.
  • You may bring your own food/order food but please clean up after yourselves.
  • Do not feed the cats with any human food.
  • Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of illegal substances are strictly prohibited on our premises. Authorities will be contacted without exception.
  • No alcohol is to be consumed at our premise at all times.
  • Guests are responsible for the safe use of all provided equipment (console, Switch, karaoke system, microphones, etc.).
  • Please note that there are no cats in private room 1.

2. Conduct

  • Please respect the space and maintain cleanliness.
  • Handle all equipment with care; damages caused by negligence or misuse may incur repair/replacement charges.
  • Loud or disruptive behavior is not permitted, to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Please inform us 24 hours before if you wish to cancel your private room booking.
  • For no-shows, you will not be able to book for another private room session unless full deposit is made to secure your booking.

4. No-Show Policy

  • A booking will be held for 15 minutes after the reserved time.
  • After 15 minutes, the booking will be considered a no-show and the slot may be released to other guests.
  • No refunds or credits will be provided for no-shows.

5. Refunds & Credits

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Store credits (if chosen instead of refund) can be used for future bookings within 3 months.
  • No refunds will be given for unused time once a session has started.

6. Liability & Safety

  • We provide lockers with keys for you to store your belongings at open lounge area.
  • Meownistry of Meow will not be held liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
  • Guests are fully responsible for their belongings and for the behavior of their group members.

7. Respect Our Team

  • All staff members are to be treated with respect and kindness at all times. Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior, whether verbal, physical, or written — will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
  • Any breach of this rule may result in immediate action, including refusal of service or further measures where necessary.
